Refund/Cancellation for Services bought online

When cancelling a Service purchased online you are required to give House of Centini, 48 hours notice to obtain a full refund. The Cancellation Notice can be given either via email, booking@houseofcentini.com, via our reception on 02073841450 or via House of Centini online booking system if the option is available. Cancellations made under the 48 hours notice will not be refunded. We do not offer refund on Gift Vouchers purchased.

Return of goods bought online

All goods purchases from houseofcentini.com are covered by our 14-day returns policy. Return your product within 14 days of receiving it to receive a full refund. 

We do not exchange items.

To receive the return forms email us at booking@houseofcentini.com. Once received please fill it out and enclose it in your return.

We highly recommend that you use a registered and insured delivery service, as we do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged returns. This way you will be able to track your package and ensure its safe return, as we cannot issue a refund for lost or damaged items.

 We do not cover the postage costs of returns.

Faulty goods are fully refundable, inclusive of delivery and return. Please inform our customer service within 24 hours of arrival, of faulty goods or goods damaged in transit.

Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected by any of these conditions.

Proof of purchase

In order to obtain a full refund on returning a product to our shop/s you must produce the original till or gift receipt, order confirmation or delivery note. Ordinarily we’ll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase.

Delivery charges


We’ll refund any delivery charges you’ve paid to us, provided you return the full order (UK orders only).

Products we’re unable to cancel, refund or exchange


Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on:

• opened or used products
