Designed to remove oil and debris such as sebum, fatty acids and environmental residue which can block hair follicles, the System 1 Cleanser Shampoo by NIOXIN is suitable for normal to fine, thin looking natural hair. It gently removes product build up, clearing nutrient pathways to your scalp and hair follicle sites without stripping hair of essential oils.

Unique technology BioAMP®  helps to provide thicker looking locks by reducing hair loss and increasing the fullness of each hair strand, whilst the Transactive Delivery System® uses antioxidants, botanicals and vitamins to deeply cleanse for a rejuvenated feeling.

At House of Centini we offer 4 shipping options:
1) Collect from one of our salons
2) On all orders under £50 pay a small delivery charge of £4.50 (Royal Mail First Class)
3) On all orders over £50 get free national delivery (Royal Mail First Class)
4) For international delivery pay a flat fee of £20. We will refund you the difference if we manage to get it cheaper.

Return of goods bought online

All goods purchases from houseofcentini.com are covered by our 14-day returns policy. Return your product within 14 days of receiving it to receive a full refund. 

We do not exchange items.

PREPARING AND SENDING THE PACKAGE

Securely package your product and return it to:

We highly recommend that you use a registered and insured delivery service, as we do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged returns. This way you will be able to track your package and ensure its safe return, as we cannot issue a refund for lost or damaged items.

 We do not cover the postage costs of returns.

Faulty goods are fully refundable, inclusive of delivery and return. Please inform our customer service within 24 hours of arrival, of faulty goods or goods damaged in transit.

Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected by any of these conditions.

Proof of purchase

In order to obtain a full refund on returning a product to our shop/s you must produce the original till or gift receipt, order confirmation or delivery note. Ordinarily we’ll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase.

Delivery charges


We’ll refund any delivery charges you’ve paid to us, provided you return the full order (UK orders only).

We always aim to process your return within 7 working days of receipt

Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund on:

• opened or used products
